About Skribble
Built by a music producer who genuinely knows the pain of vague feedback and endless email chains and who saw another way.

The Story behind Skribble
Hi, I'm Thomas Spåre. I am a studio engineer at Damrec Studio based in Jönköping, Sweden - home of the Cardigans, and I've been working in music production since 2017. Skribble is a starting point, a beginning of a journey. My aim is that Skribble will continue to evolve, from your feedback and ideas into a natural place to dwell for everyone you work with on your audio projects.
I created Skribble because I was frustrated with how hard it was to collaborate on audio projects. Every time I sent a track to a client or collaborator, I'd get feedback like "The guitar picks are not in the right place after first verse" or "the vocals feels off in the second verse" via email or text messages.
Then came the endless back-and-forth: "Which 2:34? Do you mean 2:34 or 2:43?" "Wait, are you talking about the latest version I sent or the one before?" It was chaos. I knew there had to be a better way.
After I learned to code as a full-stack developer, I decided to build that better way myself. So I built Skribble—a tool that lets you leave timestamped comments directly on audio files, see changes in real-time, and export everything back to your DAW. No more confusion. No more email chains. Just clean, organized feedback exactly where you need it.
Today, Skribble is helping producers, artists, and audio teams around the world collaborate more effectively. Whether you're mixing a track, producing a podcast, or working on sound design, Skribble makes the feedback process 10x faster.
Thanks for being here. I'm excited to see what you create with Skribble.
